The home sleeps 8, with 3 queen beds and one full bed in the 4 clean and airy bedrooms. The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with the detached casita offers a separate, private sleeping arrangement with the pool half bath and outdoor shower just outside. The interior bathrooms have been fully updated with modern tile and fixtures. The home also offers an outdoor shower, perfect after a day of sunbathing and swimming.
Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway with the family or a place to celebrate with friends, this spectacular house is for anyone seeking a true mid-century Palm Springs experience. This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
- Per City ordinance, no music is allowed outside the (fully enclosed) home, at any time of day.
- Per City ordinance, we are required to have your ID on file. After booking, we will request an picture of the front of your ID.
- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $69/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.

2 weeks in PSP
Thanks for having us at your home. Our family trip of 6 and two dogs was enjoyed by all. Accommodated us well with all our moving parts. Kitchen was nicely equipped- maybe some placements would be a nice addition. The freezer was a bit glitchy making ice at one point but management was responsive with fixes. The outdoor table area is great. We used it every day.
Bedrooms were comfortable with queen and doubles. A King in the primary and casita would be a good upgrade. Casita was a good feature to allow for separation and privacy when needed.
Weather was very hot during our visit so it would have been appreciated to have at least one more umbrella for shade. Also with 6 people I think you should provide 6 chaise lounges not 3. There is plenty of room in the yard for this. Additionally, 2 of the chaises were very uncomfortable, don’t recline and hard metal surface with no cushioning. We did not heat the pool due to $$ but not necessary bc of heat. Lots of pool towels for everyone.
Neighborhood was great. Liked being at the end of a cul de sac. There are a bunch of vacay rentals in the neighborhood. Also Victoria park is around the corner. A good destination for dog walks.
A quick 10 min drive into Old PSP and the strip was convenient.
Yes we heard planes taking off only in early morning and afternoon but not a big deal, didn’t last long and you got use to it. This part of the valley does get windy, thus the wind mills close to I10.- Anonymous from Irvine, Posted: 4/10/2026

Great outdoors
The pool, spa and bonus room make this place! Relaxing in the spa offers spectacular views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets. Love the bonus room to watch a game or just curl up on the sofa We Bbq-d almost every night. The bed rooms are small but comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Sibling Reunion in Palm Springs
We stayed the week of March 3-10 at 390 Laurel Circle. In the house were my wife and me, my sister, and my brother and his wife. Since my wife didn't stay the whole week, my brother and his wife got the master bedroom. There was plenty of room. We used the pool and hottub frequently, but not daily. We eplored the town, went to Joshua Tree National Park, shopped, spent a night at "Beautiful," the Carole King biopic at a community theater, and also visted the Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Garden. Central, clean, and well stocked
