Relaxing LemonDrop
Very cheery, colorful, well-kept, and clean house with every amenity one would need. The backyard is an oasis, with lovely pool and spa, and lush landscaping. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I tried to get it again for the spring, but it is already taken. Highly recommended.

Spring getwaway
The house is wonderful! The stay was fantastic!
Brad was/is the ultimate host!
Couple of suggestions, the coffee pots are old and don't work well. We never actually had a working hot tub, even with everyone trying to fix it. Finally, small - the pool towels are not very user friendly with the strange Velcro straps on them. I Would have brought my own. Finally, it might be nice to find a way to cover the pool railing going in, several of us burned our hands on it. We strapped towel to it for protection. Otherwise, I hope to back next May! Perfect in every way!
We enjoyed a fantastic weekend with another couple in this wonderful home. We loved the light-filled spaces, the vibrant colors, the easy flow between inside and outdoor activities, the golden desert setting. The home feels very welcoming and is full of thoughtful touches and a spirit of fun. The pool and hot tub are divine! We hope to come back soon!

What a joy!!
My wife and I and another couple spent a spectacular weekend at the Lemondrop. Perfectly appointed -- everything you need for a glorious getaway! Perfect furniture, a pool, a hot tub, a full kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out -- the owners have made the house a home! I love the bring a bottle, leave a bottle of wine! you can tell this is their pride and joy! Cannot say enough great things about the house and the location. My only regret -- we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely return!

The Lemon Drop was perfect!
We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals,but the lemon drop is by far my favorite. The house has everything you need, backyard was perfect easy to use pool and hot tub, great grilling area lots of seating and fully loaded kitchen. The owners have thought of everything. Very clean and true to the description. Also neighborhood was nicely located to downtown PS and groceries nearby. The property manager was very welcoming he covered all questions, did a walkthrough to point out features! We would highly recommend to friends and hope to be back!

Great back yard
This place has a great back yard with a lovely pool area. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the sun. And there is plenty of comfortable room inside for when you need to get out of the sun.

Desert Oasis
The house is very clean and well kept. The decor fits the mid-century modern house very well. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and the firepit. Close to downtown in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Desert Getaway!
Perfect house for the perfect Palm Springs Getaway! We loved it so much that we just booked this house again for this coming long holiday weekend! Amazing pool, yard, architecture, decore--couldn't ask for more! We have rented alot of houses in Palm Springs since we live close by in San Diego, but this one may be the best--the quality and the level of detail is impressive. Highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Top of the list!
A Mid-Century Gem (Top 5% of all AirBnBs) It's been such a gray winter in San Diego, we just couldn't take it any more, so we headed to Palm Springs for some sun and fun. We had a GREAT stay at "LemonDrop", one of the many iconic mid-century Alexander homes in the Racquet Club. I've stayed at several in the past, but this one is my favorite. All the space is well used. The decor is the perfect mix of mid century modern furnishing and PS kitch. Awesome vintage movie posters and prints but nice furnishings too! Tons of nice details for example, plugs and USB ports in the nightstands. The living area is bright and open, with a modern cook's kitchen that's great for cocktails (they have a really cool vintage cocktail cart too) and conversation with the chef. And if you like to cook, unlike so many I've rented, this Kitchen is actually equipped for cooking (by some who likes to cook). There was even a fully stocked spice drawer with spices that had not expired! Plenty of good pots, pans, good knives and all the cooking/baking equipment you might want. They have a decent coffee grinder, a good blender, a toaster oven and a pop up toaster, etc. The outdoor spaces are exceptional, really nice landscaping for the day and awesome lights at night. There is a large pool and fantastic hot tub, chaise lounges with umbrellas, outdoor kitchen with shaded dining table, multiple seating areas and a huge gas fire pit (so nice at night you want to light it, even when it's not really needed). It has all the luxuries of a nice hotel, but the space and privacy of a house. It is impeccably clean and well maintained, one of the best AirBnBs I'vew stayed in. I will 100% stay here again anytime it's available and I'm coming to PS. Great blend of comfort, style, and amenities. What's wrong with it? Nothing is "wrong", it's great. I will note that there are TVs with rokus in every room, but that are a bit smaller than I have at home, and there are bluetooth speakers in every room, but they are a bit small. If you care about music, bring your own bluetooth speaker. If it is available, book it quickly, it really is better than the others. Original Posting: 5.31.23

Great Place!
