Down that hallway, the first guest room features a queen bed and sliding doors to the yard and pool with it's hallway/guest bathroom and step-in shower just steps away. At the end of the hallway, is the second primary or junior suite with it's own en-suite (step-in shower) bathroom, king bed, TV and sliding door access to the back yard and pool.
Ready for the backyard? Sliders off the main living area and all the guest bedroom doors lead to a beautifully open back yard. A sparkling pool with tanning shelf and built-in spa is the center of attention. Guests will also enjoy poolside dining, a grill and multiple seating areas along the back of the house. Demuth Park is a premier neighborhood in Palm Springs near Panorama Park and it's Pickle Ball Courts. On the South end of town, and wind-free, it is adjacent to Deepwell, Twin Palms and Little Beverly hills; this neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. Music outside is not permitted and the pool noise “curfew” is 9PM. The owner likes to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
