This desert oasis has been refurbished from the ground up. Relax in the completely private, fenced in backyard. Enjoy alfresco dining with wine served from two wine fridges through a pass through window directly to you on the patio. Grill on the built in gas BBQ. Go for a swim in your private pool or relax in the jacuzzi. Landscaping includes gigantic, beautiful palm trees, fruit trees, and green grass. There are views of the mountains from the fire pit.

Inside there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own TV's. There is also an 85-inch television to enjoy in the family room with streaming services available with your own logins (Netflix; Prime; YouTube TV; Max and Paramount Plus). The Primary suite has its own fireplace, patio, steam shower, and free-standing tub. The dining room and living room share a two-sided gas fireplace.

The kitchen is fully appointed for cooking, baking, and grilling with more views from the kitchen window, and an extra fridge in the garage. There are privacy shades throughout the house and a black out shade for the family room with private patios for every bedroom. Pull yourself away to enjoy highly rated Peruvian, Mexican, and El Salvadorian cuisine right next to Albertsons grocery store and all within a 5-10 minute walk. It's a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs to enjoy the restaurants, casino, theatre, museums, spa and night life. On your return, park your car in the air conditioned garage. Take an evening walk around the peaceful neighborhood.

This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Per City ordinance, no music is allowed outside the (fully enclosed) home, at any time of day.

- Per City ordinance, we are required to have your ID on file. After booking, we will request an picture of the front of your ID.

- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.

- Pool Heat is optional but available for $79/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.

- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
