We really enjoyed staying here. Great house, great pool. The only comment we have is, please upgrade the couch in the living room. It has no comfort anymore.

Wonderful Stay
This home is very clean with all the amenities our family needed. Clean home with comfortable beds, the kitchen is well stocked, the air conditioning was perfect. Plenty of 'shaded' outside seating allowed us to spend most of our time at the pool, spa and BBQ. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Additionally, Brad the property manager is wonderful. He is always available and attentive to any needs. Highly recommend this property. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our time.

A Weekend in PS
We enjoyed our stay and the home was perfect for us. The place was a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but overall it had everything we needed, it was clean, and well maintained. The only issue was that the pool heater was not working properly, so we were unable to use the pool and hot tub for the first 2 days of our stay. A huge thank you to the property manager Gabe who was so friendly, caring, and spent a great deal of time trying to get the pool working for us. He was great and definitely saved our experience there. Overall, the space was great, the location was close to everything we needed and we enjoyed our time.

Paradise with a Pool
The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and clean. The private backyard with pool, spa and covered bbq area is amazing. Lots of outdoor seating options - sun or shade take your pick. The pool temp was perfect (we paid the additional heating fee and it was well worth it). There were some pool accessories (bean bag floating mats and tubes) included. The property manager, Brad, met us on site to show us around and familiarize us with the property. He’s excellent at what he does - charming and personable with lots of great tips on dining options etc. He makes it clear he’s available to guests if they need anything during their stay. The location of the house is in one of the windier areas and we experienced wind for much of our stay. We would drive 10 mins and it wouldn’t be windy there. Close to downtown and very easy access to the airport. Overall a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Great stay!
First timers to Palm Springs and had a wonderful time. The house was great and had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful and we made good use of the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and seating area.

The property is just as described and the photos are accurate. The property was cleaned and well maintained. Brad was very friendly and super responsive before and while we stayed in the home.

Backyard Oasis
Our family had a great stay over the holidays. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the pool and hot tub. The house was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and linens were of good quality and clean. Great family home!

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs
The house is beautiful comfortable and clean. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We love drinking coffee in the morning on the backyard lounge chairs and floating in the pool during the day. Quick Uber to all the restaurants and activities. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Love all the amenities. We would definitely book this house again.

Best Feature Equals the Outside
Good location. Easy drive to downtown and activities. For the money we thought this was a good value. The house is in good shape and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you need for cooking. The best feature is the back yard area. Great pool and hot tub, good cooking area with a very nice gas grill and lots of outdoor furniture if you have guests as we did. Also, the property management company was the best we have seen in some time. Not that we had issues, but they helped us get the TV's working and figuring out the thermostat. Listening to the Wind
Great house and very comfortable. The backyard was incredible. Landscaping, pool, and lighting made it very relaxing. Sitting outside at night and listening to the wind in the palm trees, combined with the lightning was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. No complaints about the house at all. Love PS Murphy

Lovely Oasis
Lovely Oasis in Palm Springs We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PS Murphy house! The backyard was lovely with palm trees, pool, hot tub and many options for sitting, eating or sunning. The kitchen was well set up for preparing meals. The king bed was very comfortable. The towels were thick and fluffy, and the water pressure was good. The house had many options for relaxing, reading or watching TV. The house is near the airport, but we were not bothered by airplane noise. David, our contact, was amazing! Great Stay
We had a great time at PS Murphy! The outdoor space of the property was spectacular! However, we were there during a colder week, so didn't use it as much as we thought we would but made very good use of the hot tub! I only gave a 3 star on the location because that's a 2-sided question. The location to everything was fantastic, hiking, parks, golf, pickleball courts, groceries, all so close! But this home is in a "neighborhood". We did feel restricted a bit by making any noise outside...the whole no music outside was very much a bummer for us, but even when we talked outside there were dogs that barked. The house was very well equipped, although I'm not sure if it's the hard water, but dishwasher didn't clean very well, but with everything you would need for a larger crowd, clean, comfortable...the white family room couch was super comfortable! Thanksgiving Getaway
This was a lovely little place to spend Thanksgiving week with family. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is quite well equipped for all kinds of cooking and baking, and the outdoor area is especially well designed, with beautiful landscaping and a variety of spots for eating and relaxing in the sun or shade (depending on the weather). The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, but still big enough to swim short laps in. The hot tub fits 5 comfortably. The neighborhood was nice and quiet: not quite centrally located, but we could find everything we needed within a 5-10 minute drive. It's very close to PSP airport, and we were concerned that there might be noise, but we never saw/heard a single plane (I think the flight path must go in the opposite direction). Stress Free Girl's Getaway
I can't say enough about the service we received and the home. Me and a few of my girlfriends, all who work in the nonprofit sector and spend our days and nights caring for others, were in need of a stress-free girl's trip - and that's exactly what we got. The home was immaculate, the pool was sparkling clean and welcoming, the outdoor kitchen and bar gave us space to cook, laugh, and enjoy one another. The various sitting areas throughout the backyard allowed us to come together when we wanted and to be off by ourselves when needed. This home was exactly what we needed. Now on to the service, which started way before our arrival. Everyone was so kind and ensured that we had all the information we needed before our trip. Upon arrival we received a call to ensure that everything was up to par and to see if we needed anything. I stated that we plan to go to lunch and dinner and I was immediately given recommendations and a later call back with the available reservation times for a few restaurants. Who does that - they do?!!!!!! I cant say enough about the service we received, we needed it badly and it was given freely. Great Stay
This house was perfect for our relaxing Palm Springs getaway. The outdoor living space and garden is complete and is exactly what one needs for some serious R&R. Palm Springs Oasis at PS Murphy
Palm Springs Oasis-The best backyard and pool We absolutely loved this backyard and would highly recommend this listing if you hope to be swimming and grilling during your Palm Springs vacation. We paid extra to heat the pool and learned that 88 degrees is the magic number for a comfortable swim. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of hiking and it heats up amazingly fast. We loved all the outdoor seating options and gorgeous outdoor kitchen which we used several times. The cooks were thrilled that the propane was piped in so no worries about running low. The house itself was great-there is a comfortable family room area and while the kitchen is smaller it is well stocked (it desperately needs new sharp knives!). The house is decorated and well appointed, and the mid-century decor was fun and perfect for the area. To note-this is a neighborhood of homes on the outskirts of Palm Springs towards the highway which can be a windy area. It is also NOT a great walking neighborhood especially with no sidewalks and a very busy road nearby. We turned that into a silver lining and found a fantastic walking park in the studio movie district of Palm Springs (forgot the name)-it's about a two-mile drive so we walked our dog there daily. It was great-lots of shade and great loops to walk on. We also loved the Molton brown products in the house and working with relax palm Springs was seamless-better communication than we have had with any other rental company. Highly recommend any rental through them and while this neighborhood has some nice rental homes along with some older homes that Needed TLC-you won't regret the time spent in the gorgeous back yard! Thanksgiving with an ease
We loved this place, and the property managers were fantastic. We know all VRBO photos never live up to their promise, but this place came the closest to all the rentals we've visited. Pool and hot tub were kept at a perfect temperature, and the kids were thrilled. Very well stocked kitchen -- we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with ease. Fantastic Mini Vacation
Fantastic mini vacation at PS Murphy! The property has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Kids had the best time swimming in the pool all day. Outdoor bathroom was handy to keep from trekking water into the house; beds are super comfortable; house came stocked with plenty of toiletries, soap and other cleaning supplies; and property managers were always accessible. Quiet Property
The property is quiet and well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the outdoor kitchen. The property could use a little bit of an update, particularly in the pool area. The outdoor patio roof leaks really bad when there is rain, which was a bit of a bummer, since you can't sit outside when it's raining. The neighborhood isn't the nicest area we have stayed in PS; however, it is convenient for getting around. The managers of this place are awesome. We had a couple of issues in the beginning of our stay, and they handled them immediately and were fantastic to deal with. 6 weeks of Happy
We stayed for 6 weeks and completely enjoyed the property. We never wished we were home or somewhere else. Murphy is well appointed, plenty of comfortable seating throughout all the rooms which we've found isn't always the case when renting in PS. The pool area was great; plenty of room and places to lounge around including the BEST GRILL I've ever used! Fantastic! Just great! The kitchen was very nice and well equipped with dinnerware, flatware and serving pieces. A previous renter had not done a good job cleaning up some pots and pans before they left, but there was a good selection of cooking utensils to use for cooking. Lighting throughout the property was good; we are bed readers, and the master bedroom was well lit for bedtime reading; again, and surprisingly not always the case when decorators go for looks over function. Nice that we had both. But the best part of PS Murphy? The property managers at RELAX Palm Springs! So responsive! Nice guys! Gave us a thorough and worthwhile introduction to the property, the pool, the spa, inside heat, TV, etc.; everything we needed to know. They bent over backwards to help us navigate flooded, washed-out roads following the February rains on our arrival; turned pool heat on and off via text; good recommendation for a dentist to deal with a loose crown. Both our damage deposit and the unused portion of our heat/gas deposit were returned at the first credit card billing cycle without us having to jump through any hoops. A great property and a great property manager; I'd rent again but we've already rented a different unit from the same managers for next year for a new experience. It's nice to know that we have nothing to worry about for next year and we'll be well taken care of. Original Posted Date: 08.20.19

Great Property and Management
Great property, great management We stayed here in December 2017 and loved it. The house is well maintained, with great management who did not bother us while were there and kept the pool well maintained (and warmed up). Check in was smooth - I texted back and forth with Scott when I landed at Palm Springs Airport and he showed us the lay of the land when we got there. After that, we were on our own to enjoy the property and the town. Everything we needed was available to make it a great stay. One thing, I would say is that we thought the pool appeared slightly bigger in the photos than it actually is, but I think that's the effect of a good photographer and marketing. Fantastic
Fantastic getaway This house was perfect for our girl's getaway. It had everything we needed and more. The pool area was perfect and included an outdoor half bath, so you didn't have to trek through the house wet. Very comfortable
Very comfortable Scott did a great job creating a very comfortable, inviting 'home' experience for this visit. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the stay felt very private, which was what we were looking for. The home has everything one would want to stay-in to cook and relax. The one drawback is that the wind in this part of the city can get fairly strong in the afternoon, but otherwise for the majority of the day it wasn't a barrier for our kids to get in the water. Outdoor Living

Incredible Time at PS Murphy

Best New Years Weekend
Best New Years Weekend. We rented this house along with the property next door for New Years. Scott the property manager was great. He made sure we knew how to work everything in both homes, and he gave us lots of options on what to do while we were in town. The option of renting the two homes side by side was perfect for us, as we were 3 families. This gave us 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 pools. We just slid back the gate between the two properties, and we were able to go back and forth between the two homes and enjoy both pools. Having 2 kitchens and the outdoor kitchen made it so simple to make a large NYE dinner. This house was very lovely and is much better in person than the pictures, so we were nicely surprised. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and only minutes from downtown. We definitely will stay here again whether it be just renting this house or both houses again. Beautiful Home
Beautiful House. My family and I stayed at this house to get away from the city for a while and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had more than enough space to sleep, enjoyed the beautiful pool, and ate dinner outside to enjoy the desert at dusk. Relaxing Oasis

Best Property
I kind of don't want to write this review because I don't want this house to be constantly booked, but my friends and I go to Palm Springs a lot and we all agreed that this was the best property we've ever stayed at. From Craig's warm welcome, to the gorgeous outdoor area, to the small details like labelling all of the light switches and condiments in the fridge that didn't look like they were growing mold. (Oh, the things I've seen.) I am trying to come up with something - anything - that I would recommend to make this house better. Maybe more pool rafts? (I'm really reaching here.) We didn't go out so I can't comment as to the area, but Craig had a map with great restaurants labelled nearby (seriously, they think of everything.) Again, thank you Scott & Craig for a great stay. From checking in to checking out everything was smooth sailing! Working with Brad was a pleasure. He was very helpful and accommodating. He responded promptly whenever we needed to get a hold of him. Upon arriving and getting to know our home away from home it was easy to see this house was taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that you could have needed to cook or bake. The bedrooms were great with cozy beds and comfortable pillows. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked well with toiletries and towels. Onto the highlight of the home the backyard pool area. When coming to Palm Springs in 118° weather the pool and spa were a delight. One of the reasons we decided on this home was for the amount of shade that the backyard offered. It was a well taken care of area and we definitely used it a lot despite the warm temperatures. If you’re on the fence and you’re questioning if the pictures are what you’re going to get, don’t even give it a second thought, what you see in the beautiful pictures is what you get in person. Don’t hesitate to book this rental!

Nice time
Overall the property was excellent. My only advice was to update the photos of the backyard because some of the outdoor furniture was not the same. The photos show nicer outdoor furniture and when you see it live, it’s a bit dingy. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
