A lovely home
A lovely home I would recommend. Spacious, great proximity to town. Fabulous huge pool we enjoyed everyday! Only two issues - cleanliness could be addressed (residue on most dishes, limes and some empty bottles on ground by fire pit, leaves constantly in pool/on deck from the fabulous privacy hedge - just needs some trimming). Helicopters travelling to the nearby hospital were often overhead during day and night. But we would return as the home is great for a family or travelling with couples.

Perfect private getaway
We had a great say as PS Olivos. We were here for a long weekend with family & young kids, the communication regarding arrival/access/ and checking out was seamless. The space itself was amazing, the pool & gardens were so private & safe. The location was ideal for us, out of the immediate downtown but only a 10minute walk to cafes/restaurants. Would 100% book again!

Palm Springs Vacation

A Perfect Retreat!
This beautiful and spacious home provided the perfect setting for our vacation. The property was clean and well cared for, and the private rooms were comfortable. There was a lot of common space inside and out, and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was large and well outfitted for us to prep and cook family meals together. A great location, and a mini-paradise!

A relaxing time
Upon walking in, the house was clean and beautiful. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. There were plenty of pool towels and the bed was very comfortable. The house is very close to downtown and there is a park nearby. The check in process was easy and the property manager was awesome. Best Weekend Ever!

Lovely Stay!
We had a lovely stay here. Pool was warm, great because the weather was a bit cooler than predicted! The hot tub was appreciated as well. Birds were around all day! Very responsive host! Hope to be back!

GREAT Home!
I would highly recommend PS Olivos. The size gives everyone a place to hang out both indoors and indoors. We enjoy eating at home as much as we do out. The kitchen was well stocked and the grocery store is 1.5 miles away. The best restaurants in PS are less than a five minute walk from the home. Downtown is an easy walk as well. The bath and bed linens are of high quality and plenty. The pool and spa are in excellent condition and well cared for. Robert responds immediately to any questions you may have. We enjoyed puzzles, croquet and games at the house. Away we enjoyed Indian Canyon which is a short drive and Joshua National Park which is a medium drive for hiking.

Great Location - Nothing but Relaxation
We stayed at PS Olivos for 12 nights. I would highly recommend the place if you intend to hang out at home and like the idea of walking to town. The kitchen is very well stocked. The grocery store is 1.5 miles away and the best restaurants in PS are within walking distance of the home. The home is very spacious which allows for everyone to have their own space indoors and outdoors. It also has space for everyone to gather easily both indoors and outdoors. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with immediately. Robert is swift to reply to any questions you may have. The pool and spa are in excellent condition. The bath and bedroom linens are of high quality and plenty.

Love PS Ollivos
PS Olivos was the perfect place for us in Palm Springs. The house it’s perfect for our large group with plenty of space both inside and outside. Beautifully furnished, well stocked with all the basics and walking distance to downtown. Great communication from Robert throughout our stay - will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Love this house
This is our third week-long holiday in this house. We love it. Layout, common space, pool, hot tub, grass, location, kitchen layout and stocking! Only one continuing problem - the stove top needs to be replaced. We cook at home and the stove top doesn't work well. Hard to even boil water.

So Big and Wonderful
Everything was absolutely perfect with our stay! We loved this place for so many reason it’s hard to narrow it down. Great location, walkable, well stocked, loved the pool and hot tub. We were a group of eight and the house was perfect for a large group. The house is huge! Everyone had their own space and bathroom and while we had both inside and outside gathering space for us all to be together, the house offers a lot of privacy as well. Robert was extremely welcoming and helpful and always responsive. Highly recommended this place and look forward to returning soon!

Incredible!
We can't say enough great things about this home. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. With four bedrooms and five baths, there was plenty of space to sleep or get away for some downtime. The pool - there are no adequate words - was wonderful! It was the largest and deepest pool we've ever seen and was the perfect temperature throughout our stay. There were lounge chairs for each of us, and we spent most of the day just swimming and soaking up the sun. The kitchen and dining room allowed for family dinners throughout our stay, something we haven't done in a long time. Everything about the house was perfect and relaxing, and was an amazing place for our family to reconnect. We will definitely stay here again.

Huge home!
This house was amazing for a girls trip. The pool was the perfect temperature and we really enjoyed the outside are for hanging out. The house was very large and was nice to have bathrooms in all the bedrooms. It was very clean and stocked well. It was a very smooth check in and out and the communication was amazing. Very nice home.
The house was overall good -- the bright spot was CJay, the manager. He was super responsive, flexible, and just overall great to work with, even after we left and had to deal with a few things. Work with CJay!! The good - great location, spacious/good layout for lots of people, and pool was huge. Had pretty much everything we needed to live comfortably for a few days. The iffy and bad -- refrigerator wouldn't cool to what we needed it to so lost a lot of food. Iffy cleaning (ants inside, pool dirty, hot tub cover molding, and trash on some bedroom floors when we arrived). We had to use different sinks depending on if we wanted cold or hot. They wouldn't heat or cool despite leaving them running for many minutes. We also noticed a pool chair ripped and put it off to the side, but even after seeing that one of us sat on a lounge chair (just one person) and it ripped from him sitting -- we got charged for said chair. Tried negotiating through CJay with the owner and they wouldn't budge despite the other problems. Again, CJay truly the highlight but sounds like the owner wouldn't even entertain the thought of comping given other issues. All in all, it was a good find, we had a great time, and would consider again but reach out to see if some of the issues were taken care of. Original Post Date: 10/16/22

Perfect in every way!

Spacious and Amazing!
This is a very spacious and amazing home. It delivered on everything it promised and more. The walk to downtown is very easy which makes life easier when staying here. Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our time at this property, it was perfect for what we were looking to do: catching up w/ old friends we hadn't seen in over a year. The location was actually pretty amazing, you're basically a block or two off of the main drag of Palm Springs, but we only left the house once to go to brunch on Sunday and were perfectly content to spend the rest of the time at the house. We were 8 adults, 4 couples, so the 4bedroom ensuite set up was perfect for us. We were there for 5 days and there were plenty of spaces for us to spend time together or apart. The furniture was very comfortable, often times vacation rentals don't have the most comfortable sofas but this one was great and optimally set up for us to all hang out comfortably. I'll also say that this was the most stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. There was a kitchenaid mixer, a food processor, and an instapot! I actually brought a small rice cooker w/ me, imagine my surprise when I saw the instapot, so that was cool. Temperature wise it could get a bit warm as the thermostat can't go below 73. True, compared to outside in the middle of the day (we went in late August) it still felt amazing when you first come in. The concrete floor also helps keep temps down and is also ideal when you come in a little damp from the pool. But if you weren't coming in from outside and were cooking in the kitchen it would get warm, only the main bedroom had a fan in it when we first arrived and you could definitely feel the difference, (we never opened the drapes). Someone went to Walmart and picked up cheap box fans (under $20). We got one for each room and during the day we'd bring them out to the main areas to help supplement the AC. Those worked out great and were an easy solution. On to the best part, THE POOL! Again, we were out there in August, so super hot but it also worked out that the pool started to get shaded by the hedges around noon. So no need for extra umbrellas by the edge of the pool, we were usually in there by 1pm and were comfortably hanging out all day. The water temp was perfect and the pool is pretty large. Enough for 8 adults to be on some kind of floaty and not be crammed up right next to each other. I also liked how deep it was. Working w/ the management agency was great, they were very responsive and check in was super easy. All the information is easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back to this house! Perfect Getaway
This home was the perfect relaxing getaway for a small group. It was exactly as pictured. The home felt very private and quiet. Great location. The check-in process was super easy. We had everything we needed - all directions were very clear. There's a cute breakfast nook in the kitchen, the pool was nice and big, the trees in the backyard give a lot of privacy (and a lot of leaves in the pool). There are plenty of amenities -- towels and chairs and different seating options - both inside and outside the house. The ping pong table was a fun touch. Plenty of bathrooms. Easy to use with many supplies in the kitchen. AC worked well. We wish we could have stayed longer - and would love to come back. Original post date: 6/28/21

Spacious Home
This house is perfect for family fun! We enjoyed the house layout and the spaces within. They do however have a strict 10am checkout, which they should be a bit flexible with. A property manager came at 1045am to check the properly as we were finishing the cleaning request they sent us and they noted to us that checkout was at 10 and that it was 1045. That was a bit annoying as he could see we werent just sitting around enjoying extra time but attempting to leave the place in the best standards it was given to us. So Id suggest making check out more flexible between 10-12 for future guest. Other than we had a great stay! Original post date: 12/14/2020
