Great family trip to Palm Springs!
We stayed at PS Peacock for a 7 night family Christmas trip. There were 10 of us from 3 generations. PS Peacock was perfect us. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and have some privacy combined with great areas for us to gather together. The pool was fantastic, nice and warm with a great hot tub. Communication with the property manager was easy and hassle free. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Accommodations!
Our second stay at Peacock Palm Springs was another wonderful vacation. The 5-bedroom house was perfect for our group of nine (and ten last year)
Kid-friendly with pool accessories and a ping pong table. Very clean and great location west of airport. We’ll be back.

Friends Weekend

A Perfect Peacock
6 of us (college friends) from around the country spent 5 nights at the Peacock house. The location was wonderful, the place was clean and spacious, we enjoyed the pool and spa, and we loved our visit to Palm Springs. One issue was resolved within hours. The only 4 ⭐️ is bc some pans need replacing.

Family Vacation
We were getting together for another family members surprise birthday party. They live in Palm Springs so the location was perfect for us to be together often. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family to have their own space.living space was a little small for a 5 bedroom home.the service from this management company is professional, kind and attended to any needs immediately. The pool and back yard were great for day time fun.

Perfect Vacation!
We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The room set up is great for groups, the pool and amenities were amazing. The house had everything we needed and was close to all the action. We had 8 adults and everyone was happy with their rooms and the house.

Girl's Trip

Our group of 10 enjoyed this beautiful Airbnb. Great communication with Marty, he helped us checked in by phone and was very thorough with the check in process. He was also very funny and made us feel welcome and excited for our stay in palms springs for stagecoach. We utilized the pool everyday there. The neighbors were a bit loud during our stay but it didnt bother us too much. We loved all the amenities. The house did get warm in certain rooms but there were fans available. The pool at the house is PERFECT
We loved our stay at the Peacock house! Perfect for our group of 8 ladies. The location is great and only a short Uber ride to downtown to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The Relax team is wonderful! Super accommodating and attentive. Check-in was seamless. The pool at the house is PERFECT for those hot Palm springs days. Gorgeous property
Gorgeous property and we were all very pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. The pool was great and hot tub was fantastic at night. We were concerned about noise but it wasnt an issue. We heard our neighbors once but it was never a disturbance or excessively loud. If youre a hot sleeper, might be a little uncomfortable, the rooms were very hot. this house was everything and more!
Perfect! I knew from the description and photos posted online that the house appeared to be what I wanted for my family however, Ive stayed at several VRBO locations that dont always pan out. Im here to tell you this house was everything and more! The house was clean, well stocked, had the perfect amount of space for our three adult children, their spouses and our two grand children. It was easy to keep clean, they provide everything you can think of! We used the rest of the salt and pepper so we happily provided more. We had so much left over food so we called the management and they were going to donate it. How wonderful is that!! Speaking of management, we felt they went above and beyond!!! They were fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peacock House in Palm Springs. We had a larger group made up of 8 adults and 2 children and were very comfortable. Pros Nice neighborhood Super convenient location - close proximity to the airport and downtown (5 min drive to airport, walk 30 mins/bike 10 mins to downtown) Spacious and most rooms had an ensuite bathroom. Great for a group w/ several adult couples Kitchen was well stocked/good amenities Pool/spa heat was easy to use and worked well Natural gas line for grill and fire pit was very convenient Plenty of covered parking/outdoor space Cons Like most Palm Springs homes, there's strict noise regulations to follow. If this is your first time to Palm Springs, make sure you do your research in advance so you're aware of the city rules. We can't wait to come back!
Our group of nine had an amazing vacation at this property. The rental company could not have made the check-in/check-out process any easier. The house literally had everything you could ever need, and was in a perfect location- close to downtown, numerous grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood is darling with loads of neighbors dog-walking in the morning and everyone was so friendly! Layout was perfect
Stayed here with my family of five, parents, and sister and her husband. Layout was perfect with two kings on one side of the house for them and a king and two smaller bedrooms on the other side of the house for us. Pool was decent size and well heated. The house is well stocked with everything - bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms all had everything we needed and then some. Relax Palm Springs team was super attentive and got back to me quickly. We had a great time. House has three very large bedrooms each with their own en suite. House was a very good size and clean. Enjoyed the decor. Management & staff were fantastic. They were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Upon our arrival management informed us that water would be shut-off by the Dept. of Water for about 4hrs on one of our days. Totally out of their control. However, that evening they dropped off buckets and a bottle of Prosecco. Really unexpected and a very nice touch. Only two issues with the house would be: pool could be cleaned out on a more regular basis and air conditioning in the bedrooms wasnt great. We had to use the fans provided. Amazing house and an amazing stay. Large and spacious bedrooms for all 8 of us staying there. Layout was great for having private bedrooms, but a large central open living space for everyone to hang out together. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and a ton of stuff we didn't need but wish we used! House was so clean, managers were kind and helpful with very quick responses. The pool and yard were so nice, which was the the main reason we were staying. Great grill for dinners, patio seating, and pool loungers. We were all worried about the noise regulations but had no issues. The house was stylish and comfortable and everyone had a wonderful time. My entire family had a great time
We stayed here over Christmas and it was a great spot with fun mid-century modern decor and furniture. There are 3 very nice king bedrooms, each with a bathroom, one twin beds bedroom and one queen. Two of the kings are situated away from the other three, so it was a great place for grandparents or people wanting more quiet. The queen bedroom is really only suitable for one person or a couple, but all the other bedrooms definitely fit 2. There's also a hall full bath for the two smaller bedrooms. Even though it was cold and rainy part of the time (snowed at the higher elevations), the pool got used and the hot tub was very popular. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and you are only minutes away from the airport and downtown. There is so much to do in Palm Springs, and this house makes a wonderful headquarters. Set up is such that people can spread out so no one feels trapped or crowded. Good kitchen with most things you need. Dining room table easily fits 10 and was where we ate our family dinners. The hosts were incredibly flexible and very easy to communicate with. The house is really cute and spacious. Bonus - fresh mangoes from the tree in the front yard were delicious. We knew about the Palm Spring noise ordinances and had very quiet music playing in the early evening and got a major noise complaint so beware to anyone who wants to enjoy the outside. MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED. Doesn't matter how quiet it is and what time of day, if any music is heard, you will get a call to turn it off. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. This is our second year staying in a Relax Palm Springs home, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The property is spacious, immaculate and very modern. Lots of kitchen appliances and dishes, and everything is labeled so it's easy to find. Great outdoor space with a beautiful original pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Centrally located, so it's easy to Lyft/Uber, walk or bike downtown. 3 master bedrooms in this property with ensuite bathrooms, and they include make up wipes, some basic toiletries and hair dryers. Stunning!
Stunning! It's not so much the perfect mid-century modern details that make the Peacock house so wonderful. It's not even the walk-to-town location that makes it super fun. The mountain backdrop that is-real-but-almost-looks-fake? Not even the best part of this amazing destination. The truly BEST thing about this vacation home was the way it absorbs people. When we wanted to feel the love of our whole group, we hung out around the living room, the hot tub, or the fire pit. But when any one of us wanted a little quiet time, we took a nap in our peaceful bedroom or read a book on a cushy lounge chair by the pool. It is the best of all worlds. i recently stayed at palm springs peacock with a group of 8. we do a girls trip every year in palm springs. we always rent a different house, and this one was perfect for our group. the house is very clean, the pool is great (and huge!) and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals for a large group. we did have some very small issues during our stay and the relax palm springs staff was right on top of fixing them immediately. they were in touch via text and we all really felt like they were there for anything we may have needed. thank you relax palm springs for a great stay! A Great Place To Stay in PS We had such a wonderful stay at the PS Desert Peacock during Weekend 2 of Coachella 2018. We required a house that would accommodate up to 10 adults for a 4-night stay, and this house did not disappoint. Great layout for groups, immaculate, awesome pool We had a group of 10 ladies here to attend the BNP Paribas tennis tournament - great HUGE bedrooms and arrangement worked well for us (we didn't mind sharing the large king beds, and we put the thrashers in the room with twin beds). Comfy communal space. In the past we would attend matches during the day and at night, but with such a nice setting for hanging out and eating, we skipped the night time matches and ate in many nights. Great options for dining in town (found some live music) and readily available Ubers, but at the end of a long day in the sun, sitting around by the pool in our "outfits" was heaven. House was immaculate, well stocked kitchen (tons of spices!). Spa took about 1/2 hour to warm up but was lovely. Great hiking close by.
