An enjoyable stay
The home is comfortable for a couple or small family, well-appointed, conveniently located. We had an extended stay and so perhaps became a bit more familiar with it than others. Is it a bit worn around the edges, maybe in need of some TLC? Yes. Did that lessen our enjoyment? Absolutely not.

Gorgeous Gardens
Our ten-day stay at PS Retreat was delightful. The living areas of the house are spacious and the exterior is wonderful. The pool is as beautiful as the pictures show, and the desert style gardens are just over the top! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. There are three tables outside which we put to good use each day. I especially enjoyed that there was always seating available in either the shade or in the sun.
We did feel the house needs a thorough cleaning and several areas need a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen worked well, and the family room, TV area worked well for 4 adults. The en suite bathrooms are rather small.

Lovely property, excellent service!
Absolutely wonderful property. Two bedroom so would suit a couple or couple with small family best. Incredibly quiet neighbourhood, only a 5 min Uber from shops/restaurants/bars. I cannot recommend Relax Palm Springs property rental company highly enough - this is the second property we have stayed in and both were spotless and very well appointed. They were incredibly quick to respond to any issues and have a large number of gorgeous properties of different sizes. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

PS Retreat, the name says it all.
Excellent stay! All in all a great property, especially for enjoying the outdoor life by the pool that is synonymous with PS. Very quiet and peaceful area and the property manager was attentive and available with prompt answers.

Just a couple of minor points to bring up for maintenance and future tenants: - the dishwasher did not clean the upper rack area so could use some maintenance. - the schedule for the pool and yard maintenance was not as posted and took us a little by surprise when they arrived on a different day. -It would be nice to offer housekeeping at least once for stays longer than one week. The backyard lighting is beautiful at night but did not come on until after the noise curfew (around 9:30pm) and didn’t allow us to enjoy it as much as we’d liked. Like I mentioned, only minor items.

Overall a great place to relax and experience the PS lifestyle and would certainly recommend it to future tenants!

Great Place

Lots of space to hang out
The house is great, with three separate sitting/hangout areas inside and plenty of table and lounging space outside. The pool is quite large and tops out at about 5 feet deep. We used the spa nightly and the fire pit several times. The kitchen is fine but could be improved with plasticware for leftovers, a full set of cup and spoon measures, and a few more baking type pans. But this is pretty generally true in Palm Springs -- there is always something missing in the kitchen! A wonderful rental overall with responsive management.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in a great location. The pool was magnificent and very quiet for relaxation. The house was very clean and full of many amenities. We appreciated that we could bring our dog. Management provided timely responses and excellent customer service. We will likely be back.

Lovely property, great service
This was our third time renting from Relax PS and once again the property and service exceeded expectations. The company is VERY professional, staff are super helpful (even responding promptly to help us with an issue that arose on a weekend) and thoroughly recommended.

PS Retreat itself is stunning. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has two bedrooms so is very much for a couple or v small family looking for some peace and quiet to relax in beautiful surroundings. As the info says - it is not a party home! But that is why it is so beautiful. Grounds are immaculate and very attractive, lots of space both inside and out with multiple dining tables. Kitchen was very well equipped, and everything was spotless. Wish we were still there!!!

Awesome Retreat

Great home and Location!
Great Property in a great location The house and property were large, clean and well maintained. Property manager was very easy to work with. Great place

Lovely and Quiet
Love the open concept of kitchen/TV area. It was clean inside but could have used some sweeping and outside furniture cleaning. Good area to downtown Palm Springs. Hospital is nearby so you do hear the sirens and helicopters. Neighborhood is quiet, so if you want to party, this is not the house for you. Date of arrival - October 1, 2020

Definitely Coming Back!
We had an amazing time at this property. The property management company was so easy to work with, communicative but not gave you your privacy. We mostly used the living room, bedroom, kitchen and outside. What a great pool! The master bath has a significant step down that we didnt trust ourselves with either at night or after a few cocktails so we used the hallway and spare bedroom bathrooms, both were beautiful. Luxurious
Beautiful house and property. The home given it's impressive sq. ft. footprint, has only two bedrooms. Master (KIng) was perfect with a sitting area, on-suite bath and access to the laundry room and back patio. The second bedroom (Queen) was a smaller but but also had an on-suite bath. The reason I raise this is it's a perfect home for two couples. It would not accommodate a larger party. With only two couples the overall expanse of the house and property made it wonderfully luxurious. We will definitely be back! Original postdate 11/18/20

GREAT Spot!
What a great spot to land in Palm Springs. Would highly recommend it for longer stays and our dog loved it has much as we did. We spend most of our time at the house, without leaving a great deal. Loved and Dog friendly!

Lovely location
The home is exactly as shown in the pictures and in a lovely location. The pool was terrific with a nice shallow shelf with holes for umbrellas. There was so much outdoor seating; my favorite was to look at the mountain range from beside the pool in the late evening - just gorgeous. The other homes were close but the walls and high shrubbery allowed for great privacy. The house was well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked - the best we have seen. The check in and out were very easy with everything done by text and phone. The management was very responsive to texts during the stay. Original post date 10/20/21

Tranquil!
The pool and hot tub are in the most tranquil of backyards. Morning sun made coffee around the pool special. This neighborhood is sooo quiet and peaceful. A nice walk to the restaurants and shops. Great Vacation Home
We had a wonderful and seamless experience from the moment of check-in until check-out. The house is very clean, tidy, and has all the essentials you need. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for cooking and barbequing. We LOVED the pool/spa area and spent most of our time there. There are pool floaties/noodles/etc. and pool towels provided, all you need is your suit! The location of the house is perfect, about a 5-minute drive to the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. Rob was an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions we had. He provided us with an app/link that explained things about the house, how to check in/out, restaurant recommendations, things to do, etc. and it was SO helpful! In past VRBO stays we have been provided with a book or binder which is helpful but not easy to access when you are out and about and not at physically at the house. We loved being able to check out the link wherever we were. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, look no further for your Palm Springs vacation home! Original Post Date 6/8/22

Absolutely Beautiful
What a beautiful property this is. My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was incredible. Nice and clean, plenty of towels, and very comfortable. We really spread out, enjoying all of the outside sitting areas to the fullest. The pictures don't do it justice! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. Rob from the management company was quite quick to respond to questions that we had here and there. He was lovely to come and quickly walk us through the house upon our arrival as well. There are lemon and grapefruit trees in the yard that Rob said were ok to pick. I have never had fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and WOW. Really added to the ambiance of having breakfast al fresco. The only con would be the beds. The master suite bed was very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs through the mattress and it's quite uncomfortable. A mattress pad could help make it more comfortable. We woke up with sore backs so ended up sleeping in the smaller bedroom though that bed was very soft and provided no support. I truly can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for a lovely stay. Great Home
The house, its amenities, and location worked perfect for us. The pool, spa, and fire pit are fantastic with no power lines interrupting your views; all this added the quality of our stay. The house has a nice layout giving us separate spaces to enjoy throughout our stay. We enjoy this part of town because it gives us access to the north design district. We biked and walked everywhere. When we drove, the location gave us great access to easily get around. The home is an older home, but is great value compared to those more recently renovated or built. Great Weekend Getaway!!!
We loved the place and the proximity to all the excellent restaurants, especially El Patron on the strip!!!
The only drawback is the inability to play ANY music even at a sound level below the sound of the pool water feature...not their fault... a great place overall.
