This one's our favorite yet
This was our fourth time renting from the fabulous team at Relax Palm Springs, and decidedly our favorite house yet! We were two couples, a teenager, and two lucky dogs, and the house was wonderfully spacious for all of us. We especially loved the expansive outdoor patio, the well-stocked kitchen, the bedroom-to-bathroom ratio, and the fireplace. As always, were were thrilled to arrive and sad to leave—but we'll definitely be back to this gem! A quick mention that this house is in the PSP flight path, but the noise didn't bother us and watching the planes is fun.

Chilling Poolside
Loved our week in Palm Springs, and it’s primarily due to this property! Great design, plenty of room to chill inside and outside, and the perfect sized pool/hot tub to end the day. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay
We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The separation of the two main suites was perfect. And the third bedroom also felt separate and private. Well stocked and appointed right down to the quality linens. We hope to stay here again.

We had a great time in the PS Sanctuary. The place was everything we expected. We really loved the location with the easy access to down town. Scott and Stephen are the best with Relax Palm Springs.

Better than expected!
We completely enjoyed our rental property! Comfortable beds, incredible cooking and hosting supplies, great hot tub/pool and nice location! The PS relax team is top notch too.

Amazing, clean, would recommend and stay again.
There is really nothing negative to say about this home. Check in was quick and easy. It was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our annual nurses weekend. The house and yard were perfect for spending time together. We had a couple very minor issues which were taken care of immediately. It is on the flight path but didn't bother us at all. The pool was heated to a wonderful temperature and we used the hot tub every evening. The spa controls are in a weird place but still close to the hot tub. I do wish there was more lighting on the back patio/BBQ area. But that didn't stop us from grilling burgers! Additionally, the customer service was great. They went above and beyond, responded right away for every question or concern. !00% reccommend!

Great House!
We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and we loved the outdoor space. The house was clean and well stocked and has everything you need to cook and grill. We enjoyed taking our dog on walks around the neighborhood and it’s close to everything you need in Palm Springs. One thing to note is the neighborhoods in this area of Palm Springs are in the flight path. There were no flights between 10pm and 6am so it wasn’t disruptive just something to note. We hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Phenom Home and Experience!
Beautifully appointed and immaculate home. This lovely, modern home had everything we needed and then some. Everything works, it's all new and it is all well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cooking implements. We loved the pristine pool and spa. The home is in a ultra quiet and beautiful neighborhood, which makes relaxing easy. It is close enough to everything we were interesting in seeing and doing but far enough away to enjoy private time. We will certainly be back. We have stayed in more than 20 homes in Palm Springs and this is our favorite! Easy to communicate with the property management company. They allowed us to arrive a bit earlier. We didn't want to leave.

Great getaway
The house was decorated beautifully and very clean. It was well supplied with quality dishes, towels and furniture with lots of room to move around. We’re already planning our next return trip back to the house.

Immaculate, architectrally artistic but functional home
Wonderful house. Clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. Close to all the attractions but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Lovely home with all the conveniences and then some. Pool and spa is amazing.

The house was very comfortable
My family of 6 adults spent a fabulous week at Sanctuary. One of the top vrbo homes where we have stayed. The house was very comfortable and the pictures show how nicely decorated it is. Each bedroom was like a separate suite. And the backyard, pool and hot tub were perfect! We made smores one night at the fire pit and spent lots of time in the hot tub. Plenty of room to throw the ball for the dog. The management team was equally wonderful. There was a problem with the pool and hot tub when we arrived, and they kindly gave us a refund for that night. This was followed by operator error as we managed to turn the hot tub off. Jason appeared ta 9 pm to show us (again) how to use it. Everyone agrees we should rent the house again when we return to Palm Springs. One little thing - it is on the flight path near the airport, but the planes did not bother us at all. Original Posting Date: 6.8.22

would recommend this home to everyone
This house is exactly as pictured and the management team is on it! It's got all the mid century charm you could ask for, as well as lovely art throughout the house, a phenomenal kitchen (so well stocked!). We soaked in the hot tub almost every night, had an amazing evening getting caught up over the firepit, grilled a first night dinner on the grill. Netflix was nice to have for some nights at home and movies. And a very close drive to the main drag and great restaurants (I think our favorite was Tac/Quila). A true desert oasis
This was my favorite Airbnb experience. It's a true desert oasis that was the perfect scene for an intimate family birthday trip. I was most in love with the heated pool and spa, and the beauty of the primary bedroom suite, but the entire house is a gem. There are ample spaces to relax, watch TV or enjoy the outdoor space. I appreciated the multiple lounging chairs, fire pit and blankets, which made for a cozy experience. The house is absolutely breathtaking in a neighborhood with top-notch architectural and landscaping style. It was like living in the pages of Dwell for multiple nights. Property management made check-in and check-out a breeze and were available at the drop of a hat. This place is run and maintained by pros and it shows. I would love to return. The house is amazing!
Stayed here for a week with my fianc, parents, and brother to treat my family with a little getaway. The house is amazing! The kitchen has literally everything youd ever need to cook anything. Would we stay here again? Yes
We stayed at this property during the first week of May 2021. First, the house is great on many levels. Here is what makes it great: 1) it is managed by Relax Palm Springs which means it offers amenities one might expect at a hotel, e.g., masks (for Covid-19), everything is labeled so you don't have to guess where to find dinnerware etc. 2) the house is set up as a rental, meaning that there is no personal trace of "owners" which I welcomed; 3) the furniture, color of walls, curtains, etc. are all in the modernist style of mid-20th Century decoration. it is very attractive and appears to have been done by an interior decorator. 4) it comes with "real" wine, Champagne, and cocktail glasses which we appreciated (but were surprised that there was not an ice-bucket for champagne); 5) the kitchen is very well equipped and the dinnerware (like the sheets and towels) is white, which I liked as well. 6) the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and modern and there are walk-in closets in two of the bedrooms. There are 3 minor minuses: 1) our visit coincided with temperatures in the very high 90's and the ac has to remain at 76 degrees otherwise it freezes. At times we would have liked it to be cooler; 2) the house is located in the "windy zone" of Palm Springs so we experienced strong winds on the first two days and we could not sit outside or enjoy the pool; and 3) the pool is small, it is not for swimming. However, it is very nice, modern and clean and has a built in Jacuzzi and we used it 5 out of 7 days. Despite these minuses we found the house very appealing, comfortable, and it felt "resort" like because the outdoor furnishings are excellent and plentiful. Every bedroom has access to the outdoors and their own private sitting area. I have high expectations and whenever we rent a house my biggest worry is about the linens and towels and at this house they were not cause to worry. Would we stay here again? Peaceful property that we would gladly visit again
Sanctuary is a beautiful, peaceful property that we would gladly visit again. The backyard is huge; our puppy absolutely loved having so much space to run around and play! The layout is very functional and spacious. All of the little touches went a long way - from a well-supplied kitchen to labeled light switches to bathroom toiletries provided throughout the house. We had an amazing stay at this property and it was perfect for our two and a half week stay in Palm Springs. The house accommodated are changing needs, my wife and I and then visits by my mother (so great for 3 adults) and then our daughter and grandchildren (great for kids). It was very well laid out, spacious, had everything you need for an enjoyable stay and for cooking at home when you wanted. There were some plumbing issues but the property managers were amazing. Very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to everything and a wonderful home base. All around lovely, peaceful with a cool, modern vibe.
This oasis at the base of magnificent mountain views was a perfect home for our family retreat. Rooms were spaced far enough away for privacy yet the communal and well appointed kitchen and gathering areas were in tune with interacting, conversations and sharing meals. It was very clean, no bugs! which is my most hated thing on vacations. Just a fresh, happy open place to relax, dip in the hot tub or talk around the fire pit. This place was close enough to everything we wanted to do in the surrounding areas. It is near the Mid-Century historic home tours, the aerial Tramway which is stunning, Joshua Tree National Park for hiking, and for having drinks at the cool hotels like the Parker or the Ace. We were there in late winter and the weather was perfect. We used the property for gathering people together and relaxing and as a base for taking off on day trips. Having a kitchen and a place to spread out on a vacation with a 2 car garage makes everything really convenient. The managers were responsive to any needs that popped up like the carbon monoxide alarms went off due to a long steam shower my son took. But they were on it right away trouble shooting the issue. The shifting vistas of the sky and mountains from the private yard are spectacular. Very recommended. All around lovely, peaceful with a cool, modern vibe. Original Posting Date: 9.13.19

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay
To whom it may concern, I stayed at this wonderful home this past May and just loved the home and the neighborhood. What was so special about the home is that it is laid out perfectly for a family of 4 or 6. The bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. The Kitchen is open and airy and gives this unbelievable open space with living area surrounding the kitchen! The pool and hottub outdoor is very nice and comfortable as well. Awesome house and Location My family of 5 had an awesome 6 days in Palm Springs. The house was incredible. We were in the hot tube and pool several times a day when we were not out hiking or downtown. We visited Big Bear (1.5 hr drive) one day, did the Ladder Canyon Hike one day, did several local trails and enjoyed the downtown area. The living space is excellent. We cooked almost every night in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed the gas fire place in the morning and night. The view from the pool area is unbelievable. You are looking right at San Jacinto and at night can watch the tram going up and down. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. Original Posting Date: 1.18.19

Fantastic Home Has It All!
Fantastic Home Has It All! This house has it all. The kitchen has everything to accommodate all kinds of entertaining and dining. The furniture is comfortable and the bedrooms do not share a common wall so they are quiet. The swimming pool is refreshing and the hot tub in the evenings under the desert stars with a view of the tram is spectacular and relaxing. The outdoor fireplace is also a great place to chat or to read. It is a well maintained property by Scott Fields and his team. Fantastic weekend
We had a fantastic weekend here. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The pool and hot tub was awesome. It was clean and very well maintained. We are thinking about renting it again!
