Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful overall stay and would absolutely return. The vacation rental was in a fantastic Palm Springs location—convenient, quiet, and close to downtown Palm Springs.
The home was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was in great shape and made for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
The management team at Relax Palm Springs, LLC was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. We had a small glitch with the pool heater that was addressed immediately. Communication was smooth, and check in - check out was a breeze.
Overall, a great experience and a rental we would confidently recommend to other travelers.

February getaway
We recently completed a great vacation in Palm Springs which included a 10-day February stay at PS Sunshine. Being located in the Racquet Club means the neighborhood is good for walking, with a few notable MCM homes sprinkled about if you know where to look! And downtown is just a few minutes away. Be aware that at this end of town there is airport noise, but it’s quiet at night.
We found the beds comfortable, the towels are clean and fluffy, and the place was generally pretty clean. Décor is minimalist. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with the necessary tools and dishes. Other items provided were some dishwasher and laundry soaps, etc.
The pool and spa were crystal clear and the heater was effective at making both quite pleasant.
This is our second time renting with Relax PS and have found the company responsive and good to work with. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway
We were very happy with the property. Relax PS always make the process easy. The house was clean. Everything worked properly. Pool was great. Beds comfi. And the dog loved the backyard.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this home
We completely enjoyed our stay at this home in Palm Springs. Everything was perfect from the cool decor and well equipped kitchen to the fantastic outdoor space and heated pool/hot tub. The Racquet Club Estates neighborhood is filled with incredible mid-century modern homes that we enjoyed strolling by to admire the unique architecture. wouldn't hesitate to book again!

House is fully equipped
We had a great time at the house, communication was easy and location worked well for us. House is fully equipped, with even some nice games for the kids. The ability to control the heated pool and spa was great, kids spent a lot of time enjoying the water. Was great to have the bbq too, with gas and ready to use. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the house feels very Palm Springs. The NO MUSIC policy for outdoor areas seemed a bit aggressive, to be honest, but it seems to be a City wide policy and, at the end, it didnt really affect our stay. Would def stay there again! I would recommend it to anyone!
Sunshine is what you will get at this gorgeous Airbnb retreat like home. It was so simple and clean, I would recommend it to anyone! The downside was it was record heat during our stay (123) so we had to leave. We couldnt be outside and that was the whole reason we booked this place with its beautiful pool and outside living area. Bring a few extra trash bags and toilet paper if youre staying more than 4 days! They really did have everything else, pool towels, toys and tons of games and movies. Check in and out process was easy and well communicated. The property contact was timely, informative and accessible. The house was in great condition and had the perfect amenities for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and spa, was worried it was too small for three people but was not an issue. pool area was nice and clean
Upon arrival, we realized that the garage was out of bounds for parking. There was no communication in regards to this detail. It does not help that my Suv was black and was baking in the Palm Springs sun. It would have been nice to have known this before arrival. This was communicated to the manager who did try to find options but to no avail. On the first night, we woke up in the middle of the night from poor sleep due to uncomfortable pillows to find ants crawling in the kitchen countertops and bathroom floors. This was rectified with keeping all our dry goods in the fridge. The ants situation was only a nocturnal issue and was fortunately sparingly enough to not become a big issue during the stay. The pool area was nice and clean and we did use the fire pit for smores one night. The overall stay was otherwise fine and does its job. Original Posting Date: 4.16.21
