Lovely House
This is a lovely house that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked most meals at the house, and it had everything we could possibly need. Great location. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this house and would gladly stay here again. The house manager communicated well, and our stay was flawless. We were a group of 6 and stayed for 6 nights. Mini Vacation
Exactly what was pictured - no surprises! Stayed here for a mini family get away from LA and had such a relaxing, fun time. Well taken care of, clean and such an easy COVID-safe check-in process. Easy and excellent communication with property manager -- even forgot some photos at the house and they kindly and quickly shipped them to me. Easy access to downtown; great location -- close to everything... yet still provided a quality sense of peace. Family Getaway
This is a great place for a family vacation. The house is the type of quirky mid-century home you see all over Palm Springs. We spent 5 nights here in October 2020 and overall had a wonderful time. What's great about it: Exceptional cleanliness with COVID-19 being top of mind. This cannot be understated. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Tons of dishes, pots, pans, glassware, etc. Even utensils to make great cocktails. Great and kitschy decor everywhere. It's very Palm Springs! My wife gushed over all the decor. Cozy and fun bedrooms for the kids and adults. Up to date electronics (Fast Wi-Fi, Apple TV, Bose, Nest thermostat, cable) Great location, close to everything. Easy to get anywhere really. Downtown is a 5-minute drive, and this house is especially close to many PS celeb homes (Sinatra, Cary Grant, Dean Martin, etc.) if you want to tour some of the old rat pack homes. Communication was great for the most part. Well stocked pool room, i.e. tons of floats for the kids and adults. Big bonus! Suggested Improvements: Not being able to play music outside anywhere, whatsoever is a downer as are the several mentions of a $1,000 fine if there is a complaint. They must have had a major party in the past that ruined it for the rest of us more responsible folk. But being constantly aware of this makes it a bit less relaxed outside than we expected. They say you cannot put the thermostat below 76 degrees "or it will break the AC." I've never heard of an AC breaking running at 72. But there are fans in all of the bedrooms if you get hot. It's just an odd policy and when it's 106 outside, you want it cool inside. The pool is so much fun. it really is. But I can see what some of the other folks have said about the backyard being a bit...weathered. The backyard will be a bit more modest than the pictures suggest. The pool itself should probably be refinished by now as a decent amount of the pool floor has chipped and can be a bit rough on the feet. And other areas like the outside bar (which is incredibly convenient and fun btw) are looking like they could use a touch up. The large cactus plants all around aren't in great shape either. But as my wife said, perhaps this is just shabby chic. Small nit but we couldn't get much lighting to work in the backyard other than what came up near the grill. The backyard is big and fun and would be even better if they put some perimeter lighting up all around it. Tip: Opt in for the pool heat (they will charge you extra for this). They suggested it knowing we were going to have our kids with us and boy were they right. The kids absolutely loved the pool and haven't stopped talking about it since we've been back. Get it at 88 and it will feel like a lukewarm bath the whole time. It's a great feature. All in all, no Airbnb is perfect so take the above with a grain of salt. You can tell this has been a well-loved home and we'd definitely visit again. With some small improvements it could be downright perfect. Original Posted Date: 10.29.20

Long Wonderful Weekend
We needed this! Getting out of town... floating on the great pool all weekend, enjoying the mountain views, the delicious local restaurants just down the streets and driving 15 minutes to go hiking up the canyons to discover the refreshing springs. Relaxing Refuge
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a private enclosed yard and spacious swimming pool. The kitchen was stocked with all amenities needed except for groceries. Bath and pool side towels and robes were provided. The house is kept in a good state of maintenance, clean and tidy. Convenient Location
Lovely home with lots of space for the family. We all enjoyed the pool and the convenient location. Multiple Stays at PS Swag
What are we looking for when we go on vacation? Is it relaxation? Maybe comfort? A chance to escape? I can honestly say this property offers all of that and then some. My wife and I have been renting this place for years and each time it's that much harder to leave. First of all, the neighborhood is awesome - great location - it's quiet - tons of restaurants close by. However, once you step foot inside this home you don't want to leave. The place is spotless, and the decor is spot-on retro cool. You've got everything you could possibly ask for in the kitchen, the beds are super comfy, and the living room looks like something out of a magazine. If you're looking to work on your tan then you'll love this backyard with the nice big pool, great outdoor bar, and the gazebo area with the barbecue. Plus - you've got plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas, so you don't get too hot. It's like you're at your own resort minus all of the annoying people. You know exactly what I'm talking about. We're going to continuing renting this place for as long as possible because it really is the perfect weekend getaway. You should rent it too and I promise you won't be disappointed. Fabulous Home
This house was AMAZING. Beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen for those who cook (I appreciated the coffee pods and tea provided) and most importantly a well-stocked pool room and a lovely backyard! We came to relax and enjoy the mountain vistas and warm evenings and were not disappointed. Large, thick pool towels made relaxing on the blue reclining lounge chairs under large pool umbrellas a spa-like experience. The pool floaties and toys were fun (and highly appreciated) as was the lighting in the pool that changed colors! Outdoor patio, grill and dining area are all strategically placed to offer shade while enjoying the view of the stunning mountains and sparkling pool. The layout of the house also nicely blends into the backyard, filling the airy living room and kitchen with light and providing a lovely view of the pool area. The house was super clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the small things (luggage racks, comfy robes, board games, information about local restaurants) were a nice touch. We also loved the location, minutes from downtown surrounded by beautiful, mid-century modern homes in a great walking neighborhood. The host responded quickly to questions and provided us with all the information we needed to check in easily. Great Location
Great location, great outdoor space and pool, and great times! The outdoor space was perfect. The pool is large and very comfortably heated, the beautiful landscaping and trees offered a tranquil spot to hang out (and plenty of places to find shade or sun throughout the day), and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. Long Wonderful Weekend
Beautiful home and great location My family (3 children and husband) recently stayed here for a long weekend. The place was just perfect- beautiful, modern and had an amazing pool area. Our children spent three days swimming and relaxing in the outdoor area. Inside the home, all our needs were met as well. We didn't eat out once- and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials that you would have at home. The rooms were beautiful, and the bedding was clean and crisp.
