What a month!
Beautiful views, quite neighborhood, excellent pool and back yard. What is not to like? We enjoyed everyday living like a local. Daily walks with our dog, relaxing in the back yard and walking to dinner downtown! The house had everything we needed for an extended stay. Family came and went, great home for entertaining. Loved barbecues and sitting by the fire pit at night. Hope to be back soon!

Hard to find Gem!
This was our second PS Swanky visit in two years. We stayed last year and just had to come back. The location, house and layout, pool and hot tub not to mention fire pit and the price had us definitely coming back to this gem! We didn’t want to leave a review being worried the property wouldn’t be available next year. The property management couldn’t be more helpful and friendly!! A definite 10 out of 10. A bargain compared.

Swanky for sure!
Loved this house. So well-decorated and appointed. Big bedrooms and plenty of space for eight people! The description and pictures are exactly what the property is. Quick response from the management. The only issue is that there was no "information book" about how to operate certain things and where things are located, like a mister system to keep yourself cool and where the trash cans were located outside, and the controls for the spa. Had we not called about certain things, we wouldn't have known about the mister system. There is a display screen in the kitchen, which is where they can put that info. That's the only complaint we had!

Ultimate Airbnb
My three friends and I had the best time relaxing in this gorgeous home. It is well appointed, there wasn't a single thing we wished for that it wasn't equipped with to handle. The property is clearly well taken care of and thoughtfully managed.

Stunning, spacious, wonderful!
We enjoyed a week at this stunning mountainside property and loved every minute of our stay! The house was perfectly equipped for a family (including dogs + kids) and we found ourselves enjoying all of the resort-like outdoor amenities everyday and barely left the house. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Great house with perfect pool and hot tub!
We stayed here with our 7 year old and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the house. The pool was heated and just exceptional. The hot tub was a big hit too. We also played ping pong a couple of afternoons. Loved the neighborhood, lots of interesting houses, very upscale. The house was also pretty close to downtown Palm Sorings (easy drive, longer walk) but far enough away that it was very quiet. Beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend!
[PS Swanky] was a lovely, chic, and spacious home which easily accommodated our family of 8. There were things to do at the house a large yard, with breathtaking views of the mountains, a pool, hot tub and table tennis were good for stay at home days. The kitchen was gracious in size loads of room for cooking family meals or to serve from if one preferred take. The bedrooms were spaced out enough to offer a degree of privacy to individual rooms. The thing that made me happiest was the beautiful residential neighborhood where the house was located. Past bookings have been in less desirable locations, not an issue here. The mgmt. was accessible and provided helpful referrals for cribs and other items not available at the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone planning a stay in PS.

Perfect Palm Springs House
We stayed at PS Swanky during a visit to Palm Springs in mid- December. We loved the neighborhood, close to restaurants and coffee shops, but far enough away that it was quiet. Amazing view of the mountains. The heated pool was better than expected and we enjoyed the hot tub too. House was very nice and clean. Easy check in and we were actually able to check in a bit early, which was much appreciated. It was a great trip with a great house. Thank you!

Beautiful Home!
Beautiful property. Fantastic outdoor space. Lovely location. Well equipped. Fun decor. We loved the fire pit. The ping pong table was fun. The heated pool was glorious. WiFi and cell reception was insufficient for business needs. (The WiFi didn’t extend into the pool area). Great communication with the host. Perfect for an extended family and dogs. We loved our stay. Would definitely come back.

Fabulous!
Beautiful home with an outstanding outdoor space. Perfect for an intergenerational family getaway: dogs and toddler included. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table and many lounge chairs and day beds were enjoyed by all. We cooked every meal in the spacious and well stocked kitchen. Everyone had their own beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Paradise!! LOVED IT!

We traveled with 8 adults and 3 kids under 1 and it was a perfect spot for us. The house is child friendly and very comfortable. Outside there was plenty of shade and seating for the group. It's also a very well decorated home. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very friendly and accommodating. The location was also perfect. It felt secluded while also being walking distance to the main strip with bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. What a lovely property, in our favorite neighborhood in all of Palm Springs. (And we visit PSP a lot!) The yard has every amenity you could ask for; and the misters were such a treat for our hot stay in July. The photos may make the yard and pool appear a tiny bit larger than it is in real life, but that doesnt really matter when youve got such a beautiful, relaxing environment to hang in. The kitchen was also very well appointed. We had every pot/pan/dish/appliance you could ask for. Thats something that can often go by the wayside with vacation rentals, but not here! Everything about this home is all class. The owner's attention to detail - lighting, art, kitchen accessories, towels, even a cabinet with doggy toys and poop bags! - is above and beyond. The place is whimsical and fun without being the least bit kitch. Everything feels authentic, as if you are in a dream from 60 years ago. My family of 5 had a great stay at this property for a relaxing Spring break in Palm Springs. The property had all the amenities we needed and more, very comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fabulous pool and spa, and a great location near town, in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The house was fantastic
The house was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and of course the pool area are excellent! Couldnt have been better. Location is very convenient. It's close to many of the Touristic Attractions and also very close to all the lovely restaurants and bars in the area. Living in New York we are used to a lot of noice, here from the house you cant hear the noise of the streets. it is great for relaxation. The view was memorable. Beautiful house, that is true to the photos! Was a perfect landing spot for a 50th birthday celebration with good friends. This house is well-appointed, particularly in the kitchen, with a solid array of spices, oils, and utensils. Pots and pans are in super condition, and if they don't have it...frankly, you don't need it! The pool area was very comfy for our group of six, with plenty of chaises, floats and the mister system is an awesome touch. We loved the new renovation on the covered dining/lounging area. The only thing to keep in mind is the limits on the evening sound (not a peep after 9 pm) and the anytime restriction on outdoor music. This is a soul crusher, but not the fault of the owners or Relax Palm Springs, as it's a city/community restriction on (short-term?) renters. We worked around it and had a fine time regardless. PERFECT Vacation Home!!!!! Six of us just returned from our stay at this wonderful home! This was our fourth trip to Palm Springs and this home and location were the best yet! Besides being a beautiful, immaculate home, it had every kitchen tool you could want, lots of house/pool towels, a couple of great floating loungers for the pool. The back "yard" - pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining/card-playing table - was delightful! The view is spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet. As guests, you will be asked to keep the noise down.....so that homes like these can continue to be enjoyed by vacationers. We could hardly tell there was anyone around us and sleeping at night was a dream - so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The house is in the most beautiful neighborhood we've stayed in yet......so many cool houses and the downtown area within walking distance. We rented bikes, which got us downtown in a couple minutes. Old Hollywood Glamour Mid Century An amazing home in an upscale neighborhood with phenomenal views of the mountains and conveniently close to downtown and restaurants.The home took me back to old Hollywood, but with all of the modern amenities. The kitchen has a bar for cocktails and/or coffee and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The dining room table comfortably sat eight and is located right off the kitchen. The windows in the large living room bring in so much natural light and look out into the entertainer's back yard with pool, spa, fire pit and plenty of seating. I stayed in the James Bond room and slept in the most comfortable bed. My favorite item was the James Bond sink fixtures in the entry way bathroom. The house is kept immaculate yet it was a very comfortable stay. It was so much fun to get away in such a stylish house! Original Posting Date: 1.30.17
