Perfect retreat
The location is blocks from anything you need. Downtown is just a few blocks away. The house is older but well maintained and clean. The backyard is fantastic! We had a minor maintenance issue but they came out and it was fixed in an hour. I hope to come back again.

Perfect MidMod Retreat
Our group of 3 couples had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully curated with MidMod appeal. Our favorite amenity was the patio/pool/spa/sauna/firepit. We rented a car and felt that the location allowed us to get where we needed/wanted easily. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Great Space in a Great Location
We had everything we needed at The MidMod. The hot tub got plenty of use and the nearby sauna was a nice addition. And the mid-century style of the decor, including vinyl sound system, was on-point!

50th Birthday Celebration
Five of us met up in Palm Springs to celebrate our friend’s 50th, and this house was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The description and photos are spot on, everything looked exactly as in the description. The home is beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together.
The outdoor space was awesome, private and ideal for laying by the pool and hanging out for dinner. The kitchen was also a highlight, well-equipped, easy to work in, and great for cooking meals which we did twice.
The converted garage was a great place for 2 of us to share but not feel cramped. The bathroom, albeit small, served its purpose. It has a separate entrance but does have a sliding door out to the pool which we used frequently to access the main house.
Its central location made it easy to get around and explore, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and it truly made our weekend celebration memorable.

Great for a short getaway
We were a group of five and stayed for three days. The space is a good size for 5–6 people, though the indoor seating is limited and might not be comfortable for a larger group. The outdoor area is definitely the highlight, but unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working during our stay. The AC is only available in the living room, so if the bedroom doors are closed at night, it can get quite warm. On the plus side, the kitchen was well-stocked, which made preparing meals very easy.

Great Family Stay
We stayed at the MidMod with a family of four (kids both seven years old) and grandparents and had a great time. All the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the outdoor area was perfect. The pool was heated perfectly for the time of year. Check in was super easy and the communication from management was great.

Great Home, Great Time!
My friends and I had a terrific stay at the Mid-Century Modern home. The house was exactly as pictured and described, and the staff at Relax Palm Springs was incredibly responsive. The house was beautifully appointed with mid-century modern style and it had everything we needed for our stay, including really comfortable beds with nice linens. We had a blast listening to the vinyl collection on the turntable. The owner has a great selection of albums. The backyard with pool and hot tub was lovely and a desert paradise. We enjoyed lounging in our private space and liked the quiet neighborhood setting. We also appreciated the short bike ride to Palm Springs attractions and downtown. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Mid Mod in Paradise!
We had a wonderful experience staying in the Mid Mod on George in Palm Springs, CA. After a long day of travel, we walked into the backyard which can only be described as a private mini resort. The house and casita were well equipped and comfortable. Love the Mid Mod architecture and overall theme. The house was perfectly located for access to the downtown restaurants and shopping. Day trips to the Coachella Valley neighboring towns, and Joshua Tree National Park were an easy drive. We looked forward to coming home after an evening out to the beautifully lit backyard, sitting on chairs, watching the palm tree sway in the breeze and staring at the stars in the sky. Shout out to Robert from Relax Palm Springs for his help throughout our stay. He was wonderful. We did not want to leave and would love to return.

Great rental for a family Spring Break trip!
What a perfect rental for our family spring break trip! We had two families, kids ages 10-13. The casita was perfect for the kids, they loved having their own space. Outdoor area was great for long pool days and s'mores by the fire-it at night. Bedrooms were comfy, appreciate the extra outlets and Kleenex! Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Pleasant surprise was the record collection, we had a blast going through it and enjoying a lot of classics! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great House for a Group!
We had a wonderful stay at The MidMod! the house was great and in a great location. it was close to town and made using rideshare apps a breeze. loved the pool and hot tub area and there was plenty of space for 7 women. We really appreciated the property manager Robert! He made our stay above and beyond and was flexible with us when needed. He was also super responsive which was great. overall, loved our stay and we will hopefully be back! Would definitely stay here again

Great for girls weekend
Great place for 8 girlfriends to hang out for a long weekend and enjoy some sun! All of the different places to sit outside made for plenty of space to socialize, read, and zone out if needed. We used the outdoor dining table for every meal, and the kitchen was great for team dinner prep. Comfortable beds, fun decor. The only complaint from our group was that the icemaker in the casita was loud at night, and the outdoor furniture could have used a wipe down before we arrived. Better in Person!
The pictures do not do this home justice. It is much nicer than the pictures portray. The home is well stocked with everything you could ever need. The management team was very responsive with the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future! The best time in Palm Springs!
I had the BEST time during my stay at The MidMod! This is the perfect getaway when you're looking for some peace and quiet while still only being a short 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. This place really has it all - comfortable beds, outdoor grill (and bar), pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, fire pit, and tons of mid century modern charm! Great Mid-Century Week!
Great place to stay during mid century modern week 2023. Convenient location to downtown. Comfy beds, clean, well-equipped kitchen. The view from the pool is spectacular. The casita was perfect for extra privacy. The decor and artwork brought back the 60s-70s vibe but it was the original vinyls played on the turntable that settled it for us. We'll be back! Great family get together
The yard was a wonderful oasis with beautiful flowers, fruit trees, pool, sauna, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and more. The home was clean and decently stocked. Service was excellent and our host very responsive.
