Scott founded Relax Palm Springs in 2012 after working in the industry for several years directly with owners. His desire for a more hands on approach to the guest experience, set him apart in the industry prior to the City regulations requiring those things. Each guest is greeted in person at a vacation home for an in-person custom tour by one of the property managers, who remains the point of contact throughout the stay. Years of working in the industry has given him a unique insight to what a guest may need and his experience as a chef and running a restaurant, means the kitchens are well stocked with gadgets to make a guest's stay a lot easier than the barebones selection of dishes found in similar rentals. Always a foodie, he knows the restaurant scene in and out so if you need a recommendation, he will be there to give you a well informed suggestion. 

For new owners or even experienced ones looking to change agencies, he is known for his direct and frank advice for each property and what his experience has taught him in regards to the Palm Springs market. His "find your way to yes" approach with guests, translates to multiple return bookings annually and a guest experience that is evident in the reviews for every property. As the portfolio has expanded, so has the company to maintain those standards with on staff maintenance (no need to wait for a handyman and at far better pricing), in house linen services (less wear and tear on home washers/dryers as all towels and sheets are supplied and cleaned by RelaxPS in our machines), a list of reputable specialty vendors (with better negotiated rates thanks to servicing the entire portfolio), a list of cleaning vendors (assigned to a home so they know it personally, and experienced in the RelaxPS standard), and a single dedicated point of contact in the assigned property manager so an owner knows who to call and who is dealing direct with each guest.

Scott's experience, knowledge and work ethic is demonstrated daily as every reservation, every home in the portfolio and every homeowner, gets a hands on approach from the owner of the company even after 15 years in the industry.
